Every certificate in Oanax carries an expiry date and a status. In March you already see who will not be deployable in June.

Today an expired certificate often surfaces when the work is already there — and then it is a technician you cannot deploy or a job you must subcontract. In Oanax every certificate has an expiry date and a status: valid, expired or revoked.

You look ahead per person, per role or per department: what expires in the coming months? The refresher goes out while there is still time.

When someone completes the module again, the new certificate is issued automatically — with a new expiry date, and without anyone updating a spreadsheet.
