What is a certificate in Oanax?
The proof someone earned something: issued on completion, with an expiry date, revocable, and publicly verifiable.
Your organisation defines what can be earned — a qualification, a completed training, an authorisation — and links it to the module or trajectory that earns it. When someone completes that work, the certificate is issued automatically. Manual issuing works too.
Every certificate carries its own life: issued on, issued by, valid until. Expired or revoked certificates stay visible as what they are — the status does not lie.
The holder gets their own shareable record of earned certificates, verified by the organisation that issued them. Something to be proud of — and for you, the proof that the right people are qualified.
